Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making my stay very comfortable. The service was impeccable, with staff treating us like old friends rather than mere guests. The location was breathtaking, offering stunning views of Lake Rotorua. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious food and a perfect lake view. Overall, a luxurious and memorable stay.
Staying at this hotel was like a dream come true! The detached self-contained apartment was the size of a two-bedroom flat with incredible amenities like a full kitchen, a jacuzzi tub, a multi-head shower, a stacked washer and dryer, and even a clothing rack for air-drying clothes. The Main Lodge Suite above the restaurant offered a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Rotorua - simply wow!
